You can pay in full or do a monthly payment plan. Payment plans are available for packages of 3 months and up. Credit card or e-transfer are accepted.
Typically, there are 3 sessions a month with 1 week off each month to integrate your experiences. If you desire more space between sessions we can schedule them for every other week.
My coaching tools work well for all genders and I am currently in the process of expanding my coaching toolkit to offer sessions specifically geared to men. If you are interested in coaching, you are welcome to book a clarity session with me.
Yes! However, these are exercises or practices that we come up with together to help you move forward towards your goals. Regularly practicing your learnings can help you integrate quicker, although this is completely up to you to decide.
Coming with an open-mind and eliminating distractions as best you can will support you in getting the most out of our sessions together. I recommend a private space where you can express freely. You may wish to bring a glass of water and a journal to take notes.
A lot of the time, we can get stuck in our heads. Embodiment helps you to move from the mind and into the body to experience your goals in the present moment and the things keeping you stuck. This can support you in becoming the version of you that you want to be.
Currently I only offer sessions online via Zoom. If you are local to Kingston, Ontario and want to have in person sessions, please let me know and I will explore available options.
